FAQ: Return, Exchange, and Refund
Whatever the reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Please keep in mind that your item must be in its original condition to be eligible for return and exchange. We will email you back the instruction on how to process the refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is very helpful to send in a picture of the items if you can. It expedite the process. Please send in the pictures to email@example.com
1. Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.
2. Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to the address we provide in the return approval email. Please include the original packing slip with the return.
3. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
If you are in hurry to get the item in your hands, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item instead of waiting for the return process to be done.
The personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return and exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return and exchange shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.

Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we only ship within the USA.
We ships the orders out from our premises within 3 business days. Actual shipping can take up to 5 to 7 business days after the USPS starts its process.
The U.S ground shipping is free
No, we don't offer express shipping at this moment.
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox or mailroom to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. It's also possible that your order was delivered to your neighbor by mistake.
If you still have no luck locating your package and it's been two days since you received your delivery notification, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate what is going on with your package.
